Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA)

The Roaring Fork Transportation Authority (RFTA) operates bus service from Aspen to Glenwood Springs (Roaring Fork Valley service), and Glenwood Springs to Rifle (Grand Hogback route). RFTA also operates intra-city bus to the four Aspen Skico ski areas, Maroon Bells Guided Bus Tours, and a variety of other seasonal services. Bustang

Bustang is the Colorado Department of Transportation’s Interregional Express (IX) bus service that connects commuters along the I-25 Front Range and I-70 Mountain Corridors. Bustang provides daily service between Glenwood Springs and Denver from the West Glenwood Springs Park and Ride. Visit ridebustang.com for additional information.

Greyhound Bus Lines

Greyhound Bus Lines stops in Glenwood Springs daily, continuing on to the rest of the country. Check their website for fares, bus schedules, station locations, or any other questions. 

Amtrak

Amtrak stops in Glenwood Springs everyday, with trains continuing in either direction to Denver or Salt Lake City.  The historical downtown Glenwood Springs depot is located on 7th Street, in between Cooper and Blake Avenues. The California Zephyr train departs headed east at 12:10 p.m. daily and west at 1:53 p.m. daily. For overnight parking related to Amtrak travel, please contact the Glenwood Springs Police Department.
